以開展20cm厚混凝土就地冷再生為例，混凝土使用量5%，約再造5000，每日要用混凝土量115噸，花費(fèi)比較如下：

人工鋪攤：人工工資3000,25人，薪水120，柴油機(jī)費(fèi)200，拖拉機(jī)400，混凝土花費(fèi)36800等等，終總花銷40400。粉料撒布車：人工200，混凝土34500，柴油機(jī)費(fèi)240，終總成本34940。

本推算假設(shè)了混凝土使用量相同，效率一樣等前提，實(shí)際上在真實(shí)的運(yùn)用過程中粉料撒布車還會(huì)存有以下兩方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
This calculation assumes that the concrete consumption is the same and the efficiency is the same. In fact, in the actual application process, the powder spreader will have the following two advantages:
1、機(jī)器設(shè)備灑布與再生機(jī)同步，進(jìn)而減小了混凝土的損失，通常較人工灑布能夠降低0.5%的混凝土消耗量，即用人工灑布時(shí)混凝土實(shí)際上控制使用量要較理論摻入量提升1%，而用機(jī)器設(shè)備灑布控制提升0.5%即可；
1. In general, the concrete consumption can be reduced by 0.5% compared with manual spraying, that is to say, when using manual spraying, the actual control consumption of concrete should be increased by 1% compared with the theoretical mixing amount, while the control amount with machine equipment can be increased by 0.5%;
2、機(jī)器設(shè)備灑布要較人工效率高，每一小時(shí)的灑布總面積就達(dá)到4000，經(jīng)可供應(yīng)5臺(tái)冷再生同時(shí)作業(yè)。因效率的提高，單位總面積內(nèi)所包含的機(jī)械設(shè)備費(fèi)與人工費(fèi)都會(huì)大幅度減少，為顧客節(jié)約成本。
2. The spraying efficiency of machinery and equipment is higher than that of labor. The total area of spraying per hour is 4000 square meters, which can supply 5 sets of cold regeneration at the same time. Due to the improvement of efficiency, the cost of mechanical equipment and labor in the unit area will be greatly reduced to save costs for customers.
