1、坑槽清理

將待修補的坑槽內及四周的碎石、廢渣清理干凈，坑槽內不得存有泥漿，冰塊等雜物。市政道路工程的修補，被修補的坑槽應整齊的切邊，廢渣的清*要見到固體堅固面為止。

把足夠的瀝青冷補材料填進坑槽內，直到填料高出地面l.5cm左右。市政道路修補，其冷補材料的投入量可增加10％或20％左右，填滿后坑槽中*處應稍高于四周路面并呈弧形，若路面坑槽深*大于5cm時，應分層填補，逐層壓實，每層3—5cm。由于冷補料強度上升略慢，顧不可攤鋪過厚，以免重載飛料。

鋪設均勻后，根據實地環(huán)境，修補面積的大小和深*，選擇適當?shù)膲簩嵐ぞ吆头椒ㄟM行壓實。如人工用鏟背壓實、人力夯、振動平板夯壓實、壓路機壓實等。普通道路修補壓實度要達到93％以上，高速路修補壓實度要達到95％以上。

4、清掃

壓實完成后可在表面均勻撒上一層石屑，并用清掃工具來回清掃，以便石屑填滿表面空隙，增加表面密實性防止雨雪下滲，還可以防止車輪粘走材料顆粒。

修補完的坑槽表面應光潔、平整、無輪跡，坑槽四周邊角一定要壓實，無松散現(xiàn)象。
