（1）在拌和過程完畢時，假如混合料的含水量缺乏，應用噴管式灑水車補充灑水。水車起灑處和另一端調(diào)頭處都應超出拌和段2m以上。灑水車不應在正停止拌和以及當天方案拌和的路段上調(diào)頭和停留，以防部分水量過大。

(1) At the end of the mixing process, if the water content of the mixture is insufficient, the sprinkler shall be used to supplement watering. The starting point of the water truck and the turning point at the other end shall exceed the mixing section by more than 2m. The watering cart shall not turn around and stay on the road section where mixing is stopped and the plan mixing is conducted on that day to prevent excessive water flow.

（2）灑水后，應再次停止拌和，使水分在混合料中散布平均。拌和機械應緊跟在灑水車后面停止拌和，減少水分流失。

(2) After watering, mixing shall be stopped again to make the water evenly distributed in the mixture. The mixing machine shall stop mixing immediately behind the watering cart to reduce water loss.

（3）灑水及拌和過程中，應及時檢查混合料的含水量。含水量宜略大于佳值。關于細粒土，宜較佳含水量大1%~2%。

(3) During watering and mixing, the water content of the mixture shall be checked in time. The water content should be slightly greater than the optimal value. For fine grained soil, the water content should preferably be 1%~2% higher.

整形

（1）混合料拌和平均后，應立刻用平地機初步整形。在直線段，平地機由兩側向路中心停止刮平；在平曲線段，平地機由內(nèi)側向外側停止刮平。

(1) After the mixture is evenly mixed, the grader shall be used for preliminary shaping immediately. In the straight section, the grader stops leveling from both sides to the road center; In the flat curve section, the grader stops leveling from the inside to the outside.

（2）用輪胎壓路機立刻在初平的路段上快速碾壓一遍，以暴露潛在的不平整。

(2) The tire roller shall be used to quickly roll the initially leveled road section once to expose the potential unevenness.

（3）再用平地機按本條第1款停止整形，整形前應用齒耙將輪跡低洼處表層5cm以上耙松，并按本條第2款再碾壓一遍。

(3) Then use the grader to stop shaping according to paragraph 1 of this article. Before shaping, use the tooth harrow to loosen the surface of the low-lying part of the wheel track for more than 5cm, and roll it again according to paragraph 2 of this article.
