該系統(tǒng)主要用于控制銑拌轉(zhuǎn)子大臂的升降、轉(zhuǎn)子罩尾門的啟閉、后輪的轉(zhuǎn)向等，由幾組電磁閥來控制各油缸運動。電磁閥組為并聯(lián)閥組，各閥組基板相連，基板進(jìn)油口與單路穩(wěn)定分流閥相連，閥組出口與集流塊相連。供油控制閥組為整個系統(tǒng)提供高壓油，當(dāng)供油電磁閥不通電時P口與T口連通，系統(tǒng)液壓油泄荷整個系統(tǒng)不能工作;當(dāng)供油電磁通電時P口與T口斷開為整個系統(tǒng)提供高壓油，系統(tǒng)處于工作狀態(tài)，溢流閥設(shè)定壓力165 Mpa，保護(hù)系統(tǒng)元件。

The oil inlet of the substrate is connected to a single stable diversion valve, and the outlet of the valve group is connected to the manifold block. The oil supply control valve group provides high-pressure oil for the entire system. When the oil supply solenoid valve is not energized, the P port and T port are connected, and the hydraulic oil in the system is discharged. The entire system cannot work; When the oil supply solenoid is energized, the P and T ports are disconnected to provide high-pressure oil to the entire system. The system is in operation, and the relief valve is set at a pressure of 165 Mpa to protect system components.

銑拌轉(zhuǎn)子的升降:操縱電磁閥開關(guān)，液流從電磁閥流出經(jīng)液控單向閥和單向節(jié)流閥進(jìn)入大臂提升油缸的有桿腔或無桿腔，活塞桿收縮或伸出，大臂帶動轉(zhuǎn)子升降。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子下降時，油缸有桿腔液壓油流出，經(jīng)A口單向節(jié)流閥，油液流量減小，使轉(zhuǎn)子下降速度不過快;當(dāng)電磁閥開關(guān)處于中位時，無論工作裝置在何位置，液壓鎖把油缸鎖住，保證拌和深度不變。

When the rotor descends, hydraulic oil flows out of the rod chamber of the oil cylinder and passes through the one-way throttle valve at port A, reducing the oil flow rate and preventing the rotor from descending too quickly; When the solenoid valve switch is in the middle position, regardless of the position of the working device, the hydraulic lock locks the oil cylinder to ensure that the mixing depth remains unchanged.

操縱尾門電磁閥開關(guān)時可以控制尾門油缸的運動，實現(xiàn)尾門的開關(guān)并可固定在一定的開度狀態(tài)。為了控制尾門的啟閉速度，在尾門油缸的進(jìn)出油口上安裝有單向節(jié)流閥。

當(dāng)操縱后輪轉(zhuǎn)向電磁閥開關(guān)時則可以控制后輪的轉(zhuǎn)向，左右轉(zhuǎn)向角的大小利用接近開關(guān)實現(xiàn)自動控制并具有自動回中功能，液壓鎖把油缸鎖住，保證后輪轉(zhuǎn)向的可靠性。
